This toy is hard to transform. My son is so disappointed. Thank God I had a back up power ranger transformer. The toy has broken once. The toy is on the shelf. I pull it out to teach my son patience. He has to play with it to try to transform it.

i was charged for this item ordered nov 29th for christmas gift and to this day have never recieved it.....i have contacted the seller with no response back and dont know where to go from here
