5.0 out of 5 stars more practical for daily use
This family set is better for younger children or children who are more likely to pull it apart because the limbs are NOT articulated. We made the mistake of buying the articulated doll families for our doll house and our youngster has removed arms, heads, and legs which makes small pieces for younger siblings to chew on. Who cares if mom-doll is pretty, the child...

1.0 out of 5 stars Disappointed.
I was searching the web for figures for a doll house. Thought your family would be perfect. Was surprised to find the figures can't bend to sit, etc.. Therefore, couldn't be used with the furniture, etc.. of the doll house which frustrated my 2yr old granddaughter. This should have been included in the description of the family.

We have these and the daycare has them as well. They do cause problems at the daycare because all the kids want to play with them. Especially my child. I like these even more because they aren't like most action figures. There are no small parts on them and the daycare (this is a very good daycare that would never allow dangerous toys in the class room) allows the toddlers to play with these. Although it says that it is for 3+ any small parts that are included can easily be put away (like the small baby that comes with the family set) without too much loss in the contents. Still totally worth the money if you need to put away a piece or two.

My three year old grand-daughter loved this toy and plays with it for hours. I especially enjoyed giving it as a gift because it included the grandparents.

I to purchased these to be used for a doll house for my nieces. The figures do not bend. This reduces their enjoyment with this product and should have been included in the product description. Compared to other like products they are also over priced, considering they do not bend and are frustrating for small children. How can children pretend/learn with a doll if it can't be doing anything but stand?

My 3 year old enjoys playing with the family and talking to each other is a fun thing to develop language and social skills.

I ordered this to accompany a dollhouse I picked up at a Goodwill. It arrived in good time. It was brand new and every figure was individually wrapped neatly in the box. A very good product, especially for children. Very durable and uniquely detailed.

I bought this for the Grand children. They had a playhouse but no people. They love the "family" figures and I'm glad there is a Grand Mother figure in this set.

I bought these figures to occupy my 3-year-old on a 4 hour airplane flight. She played with them almost the entire time!
