Some of Starlin's best work,

The 1970s were, in my opinion, the most wildly creative time in comics. Writers and artists were really pushing the envelope to see what they could do. Starlin was one of the leaders of the pack. While Capt. Marvel may be slightly more conventional than his Warlock series, it is still high cosmic drama, with an artist/writer at the top of his game. The artwork is absolutely gorgeous. You will not be disappointed with this book.

The Thanos Saga by Jim Starlin is one of the best story-arcs published in the 70s.
