I love the Phoenix story! This saga is by far, one of the best ever written in all of comics (in my opinion). Well, the colors look great and all around this is a series within a series on a magnitude of first rate love, the caring of all others over oneself, the dying of innocence, the agony of betrayal through manipulation, questioning the future and so much more wrapped up in love lost and hope and sacrifice.
This should have been the trilogy to the X-Men movies.......maybe someday. MIG OUT.

This volume presents the final issues in the acclaimed Dark Phoenix storyline by Claremont and Byrne along with a few issues after the climactic event. If you have the Uncanny X-Men omnibus volume 1 then this picks up right after the last issue in that book.
