This toy folds out and is easy to put away. My son is 3 years old and it is easy for him. Useful for many different Super Hero scenarios and hours of play.

I bought everyone of these Mini playsets for my son, as they connect to each other. I also have the Wolverine truck and bike set too. All of these things fold up and fall apart everytime my 4 year old plays with them.
I rebuild it and he plays with it for a couple of minutes before they fall apart again. I'd say the value is in the figures that are included in the sets. The original Superhero Squad Bank with car was the best Superhero building, definately more sturdy!
