A lower level module and supplement for the crawlers of the Concrete jungle. Including the un-awesomeness of Stilt Man and Jack-O-Lantern, that sort of thing.
It is a guidebook of encounters and plot ideas and things like that to put into adventures, or when necessary for the Judge to grab something quickly for a game. A good idea. |
