Such a beautiful place full of nature and mysteries. Madagascar is a place where a lot of people never think of adding to their travel list. From experience, is one of the most wonderful places you will ever visit.

AMAZING, BEST EXISTING DVD ON DANCING LEMURS AND SINGING LEMURS. A MUST FOR ANIMAL LOVERS. Just to remind people that this dvd is mostly about the lemurs, and only a little bit about madagascar. it took some hard work finding this dvd, but i got it, and it took me a while to recieve it as well, i ordered it ages ago, but wel worth the wait.

i love all the lemurs but my faves are the dancing lemurs and the loud trumpet lemurs, me and my kids immitate them all the time now, we do the lemur... i wish these animals could become worldwide pets before they get extinct, they have a lovely nature, madagascar has no return from hell, 80% being destroyed by its people, what happened to people being the workers and guardians of the planet and of the animals, rainforest tribes and peoples all over the world live well and in harmony with their natural surroudings, why cant these. rivalling even the larger rainforest countries, Madagascar ALONE, HAD.. THE RICHEST source of colorful unusual palmtree species, plants, trees, animals, and what not, but now most of them are wiped out of natural habitat for good, it truely WAS Paradise, with only 20% left . . . its too late. Human society is only [ 5% aware ] of how big this issue is worldwide ....

sidetracking a bit - a disapointing thing about the kids movie madagascar, if the makers of that were only half brained, they could have visited madagascar and looked at the situtation and added some education and awareness into the movies story line, i cant believe they did not include the lemurs unforgetable style of dancing and singing, not including it part of the movie. too many disapointments with that kids film, cos i know about madagascar, and all they did was feature the lemur, thats all, some tribute - rude and insulting to the country.

Sadly, the next time someone does a documentary on madagascar, i doubt that with the rate they are going, that it will be worth fliming at all.

SAD, get this DVD before it really disapears from our shelves as well
