If I could give this 0 stars I would! After seeing no one else has written a review here on Amazon, I just could not stop thinking about the poor soul who is thinking about this item...Don't buy this poor product!! (And I'm not alone -- see [...] to read more than 50 terrible reviews of this product!) I'm a mother of four and was sucked in by the thought of a "colorful" magna doodle type non messy art project. It is almost impossible to move the black liquid/gunk around to make pictures. My husband and I failed miserably, and my 6, 4, and 2 year olds couldn't do ANYTHING on the board other than a few colored lines that then disappeared before their eyes! The interchangeable backgrounds are what give the board its color and are ugly and not worth it. If this toy was tested by kids, there is no way that they would be selling this. TERRIBLE!!! Read the other reviews and instead buy some good markers/crayons and paper. This is one of the worst products I have ever (unfortunately) purchased in my entire life.

This thing does not work -- great idea, but bad technology.
Will be returning this one.

I totally agree with the other review of the drawing boards. My mother purchased these for my seven-year-old's birthday. So far, we have been unable to do a thing with them. We have worked with them for several hours, thinking that the fluid needs to be warm, etc. We have had no luck....what a total money waste!! I would never buy this product again.

I received the Marvyn's Magic Drawing Board in a timely manner.
However after I gave it to my Granddaughetr we discoverded it does not work. I should have read rewiews before I bought it. All rewiews where bad. Yes I was disapointed.
