I did quite a bit of research on iPhone cases, looking for a professional looking case with a belt clip plus the ability to use a protective cover on the phone at all times. There were quite a few belt clip cases, but few which allowed any form of protective cover/shell. There were also a few that did both, but in many cases, these were big, bulky cases. Some that appeared to be pretty good only worked vertically, not horizontally.

I eventually found the Marware CEO case, and really love it. It is small, compact, and the black fabric or leather (not sure which it is) is very nice. It comes with a very small shell for the iPhone, and the unit fits in the case very well with the shell on.

I was a little hesitant about the velcro, but the AT&T folks told me I should avoid cases with magnets, since they are not good on the iPhone. The velcro on this unit is pretty quiet, and I don't really even notice it.

Overall, very nice case.

I love this hip holster case. It is well built and light. I don't even notice that I am wearing it. Besides the velcro, I couldn't ask for anything better.

No words or descriptions...This is the best case for an iphone, is serious, elegant, not heavy, the iphone is very safe and the case protect all.

Have both black and brown versions. Comments apply to both. Nice looking unit. Got several compliments. Convenient. Easy to use. Belt clip easy on, easy off, holds firm even if only attached to a relatively thin belt (unlike every other belt-clip unit I have used). Concerned that velcro attachment area relatively small and velcro may wear out as have other belt units I have used with modest-size velcro closures, but no problems yet.

Ended up falling into salt water with 3GS shortly after acquiring the case. No damage to the case (brown case was involved in accident). 3GS was dead. Upgraded to iPhone 4. iPhone 4 fits in 3GS case without bumper. Using it that way but would prefer a case of slightly larger size that could take the iPhone 4 with a bumper (consider this my request for such a product). Any belt case for an iPhone 4 with bumper should allow for the fact that the bumper is high friction and might require a low-friction interior to allow it to slide in easily or a clam-shell approach for loading the iPhone 4 into a belt case.

If there's a way to break a cell phone case, I can find it within about 2-3 weeks of use. My biggest problem is that I always catch the case on things as I'm walking or getting in / out of the car, etc, which causes the belt clip to break. This case seems to be particularly well made and resistant to this type of damage. While I have managed to break one, it took a LONG time before it was no longer usable and even now, it can still be used albeit without the belt clip. I bought two this time, one for me an one for my wife.

The case also looks very professional, is not overly bulky and can even accommodate an iPhone with a cover (within reason). The inside of the case is very soft, so no worries about scratching your phone or screen.

In short, love this case. If you want a belt style phone pouch, this a great and affordable option.

For the money I was not impressed by this case. Did not care for the way that it fastens on your belt. I expected a little more for the money it cost.

I purchased this as a temporary case for my iPhone 4 until cases specifically made for the iPhone 4 become available. But it fits the iPhone 4 well enough that this will probably become my permanent case. I really love the style and quality look of the case. I don't know how the case will hold up over the long term, but it seems very well made and you can't go wrong at this price. In fact I'm probably going to order another one as a backup, "just in case" something happens to it...

I really like this product, because it is very light and thin, also fits beautifly with the iphone, it is also possible to hook the headphones to the iphone while it is in the case.

I bought this after having an InCase hip case that failed with the clip pulling out. After two InCase failures with their clip I bought this one. The case is a bit flimsier than the InCase one, but the clip holds better. Unfortunately the pocket for the phone did not hold up and the phone will fall out without you knowing it. Mine failed in less than 4 months of use.
