This is exactly what I was looking for. It's soft and really slim, so it doesn't add much bulk to my iPhone 3G. It has all the proper cut outs for buttons, etc. It was also really great that it came with a screen protector. The only thing I would forewarn about is due to the texture of the case, it sometimes collects dust, etc. You don't really notice it on the pink cover, and you can always just wash it off if it does bother you.

This is a great cover for the iPhone 3G. It fits perfectly. The color is great. I was afraid the cover would pick up every piece of lint, but not at all. I'm even thinking about getting the black one since the price is so fair.

I initially had a black one of these for my phone. I chose it because it

o wraps around the front of the phone a bit to hold securely
o has a smooth yet frictiony texture so that it stays put where you place it, eg. a dashboard while driving. The hard plastic cases are slippery and prone to dropping
o comes with a pre-cut screen protector film that fits perfectly. I've seen other protector films that actually require one to spray on adhesive with an elaborate application process. This, you just clean the surface with the included µfiber cloth and carefully smooth on. Be careful to clear the environs of dust first as particles tent up the film if caught beneath and cause a blem/bump much larger than the dust itself

Lastly, this particular item I bought because it was pink, perhaps the gating factor for my wife switching to an iPhone. Really wish they offered it in red like some of their other styles.
