Although most Americans have never seen an AGA range,cooking is a joy. Because there are no knobs or other controls, you learn to cook by moving items among the 4 ovens you find in many AGA ranges. This cookbook is structured so you can plan a dinner party for 10 and still have time to spend with your guests before the meal. Many people in England would surrender their Jaguar or Range Rover before their AGA Range.

I bought an Aga traditional cooker. The two books by Amy Wilcock were OK, but everything is in English measurements and way too. much English-type cooking. Mary's book has everything in our measurements so you don;t have to look up conversions. The recipes are excellent. They range from high calorie to healthy. There hasn't been a recipe that I haven;t liked. It also tells you what you can make ahead and freeze. The book taught me how to use this stove.

Bought as a gift and recipient - a new aga owner - says very informative and excellent recipies.

This book has amazing recipes and super helpful tips and ideas. Anyone with an Aga needs this book!!!
