I bought this book after receiving Mary Engelbriet's "Cross-Stitch For All Seasons" as a gift. I absolutely fell in love with her designs. My only wish is that she would publish more books with cross-stitch patterns of her artwork. This book has many adaptable patterns for a great variety of projects. If you are a cross-stitcher...you have to have her books!

This first Engelbreit crosstitch book should not be overlooked by those interested in holiday motifs. It includes a wonderful chart for a santa that can be used in a variety of ways. The charts can also be used in needlepoint if the backstitching is omitted. This is a charming collection .

I had this book for a fews years. And wanted try out the patterns. So, I did a eyeglass case with cherries on them.This book is easy to understand & for doing the projects. This turned out wonderful, and was able to put my mother's name on to personalized it. The patterns are so beautiful, and you won't regret getting this book. They have a wonderful Holiday ideas, these are great keepsakes for you,& your loved ones.

Once again, ME has written a great book..for cross stitch..the patterns are clear and easy to follow and just lovely. Great artwork! And she presents variations of the main patterns..everything from a picture to frame to matts for framing to cake wraps and pinafores!

Once again, another fantastic book by Mary Engelbreit. The patterns are so lovely and do not look all that complacated even for people new to cross stitch.

This book has beautiful designs in it but they are not what I call easy or even intermediate stage. They do look VERY challenging. While I love the book I have yet to do anything from it. The designs have so many color changes that I think they would be more work than "enjoyable" and I do like my cross stich to be enjoyable while doing it.

Okay did I say I loved this book? Its one of the cutest books. Mary Englebert has some awesome books and this one is my favorite. Its awesome. I made one these and its so cute. Looks pretty good too.

Love the explanations in the back of the book too. Helps a lot.

LOVE this book. Beautiful pictures and the cross stitch is so much fun when you make these.

It's quite nice. Although if I had a chance to go through it prior to buying it I probably wouldn't buy it. It has really nice patterns, but not really my style.

As being new to embroidery this book is a little overwhelming to me. I am sure,however, that eventually, with the help of the lady I buy my notions from, I will be able to use some of the designs.
