I have eczema, and it is horrible on my hands. This is the only thing that seems to work for me! If you order through MK you have to buy the kit and the kit has a scrub it in that WOULD NOT work for my eczema. So I am very thankful I am able to order it here!

I accidentally found out about this product. One of my co-workers on her last day gave these out and I used it the same day. I was quite shocked how much I really liked it. In the winter or if a public bathroom has cheap soft my hands can get very dry. This softner does exactly what it says with minimal fragrance. (key word minimal, fragrance free still has an odor) This odor is very light and give the scent of freshness. However the scent isn't over powering to the point if I washed my hands before a meal and then oiled them with the Softner I would not taste the creme at all.

I also like that I can lotioned my hands at work and get right back to typing on my laptop w/out all the grease. Of course if you slather it on you are bound to get residue. (a dab will do) Speaking of which you don't need to push out a whole lot all you ned is a dab for both hands. This product is called softner for very good reason, once you rub it in you can feel the softness of the product. I love it!!!

Lastly this is part of a pamper kit it works with the following:

step 1 - Softener -
Massage a small amount of cream into clean hands and between fingers.
- For added hydration, dampen skin with water prior to applying
step 2 - Smoothie Hand Scrub
- Dispense 1-2 pumps of scrub, massaging into hands and between fingers.
- Rinse well and pay dry.
step 3 - Cream
- Massage cream into hands and between fingers.
- Moisturizes hands up to 24 hours.

The end results are clean, soft, hydrated hands.

I really like this product and the price unbelievable. Now i hear rumors that Mary Kay will be discontinuing this product, I don't know if it is being discontinued as a stand alone or from the kit.

I received this as a gift from my stepdaughter. It is the absolute best thing I have ever used on dry skin!

If you suffer from chapped hands then you know that there are a lot of products out there that feel good, but the problem is most of them wear off after a couple hours and then you go right back to same old dry skin. This is different because it actually seems to help the skin heal. I don't know if it's because of it being fragrance free or why, but if I put this on at night, my hands will be much improved by morning and daily use will heal even the most unhappy hands. I've not had any other thing give the long lasting effect this does.

I also love the way it smells! It is fragrance free, so the scent is coming from the natural ingredients and it is just a lovely, mild, faint smell, almost like fresh cucumbers but slightly sweet. Anyway, it smells better than any scented thing I've used.

It does go on a little greasy, but not nearly as greasy as udder balm and other heavy duty softeners. It absorbs well so I still can use this when I'm 'going out', but just put it on a little early to give it time to absorb.

For what it's worth, I've used this on my neck and as eye cream at night and it works for that too, it's just a high caliber softener for skin and lends itself to all purpose use very well. It is honestly one of the best products I have ever found in my life.

Very disappointed! Lotion had Mary Kay logo but wasn't at all the same product I have purchased over and over again. This hand lotion is the consistency of cold petroleum jelly. Very difficult to apply and leaves a thick, oily residue on hands that is difficult to even wash off. One thing I liked about the cream I ordered previously was that it was the consistency of almost a "serum" and when applied to hands, the cream disappeared into the skin immediately without leaving the horrilble greasy film that this lotion does.

Will never purchased again. What a waste of money!
