Good deal, albiet an outdated version
Great price, good quality. I didn't read close enough to realize that this version of the book was published in 2002 which makes it a bit outdated. However it's a good book, very educational and it was in good shape for the price I paid. Shipping was a little slow, but not terrible.

Maryland Real Estate Practice and Law
The book condition was awful. It was so heavily highlighted it made reading difficult. All of the exams had the answers circled making the Useless as practice tests. Very poor quality. The content of the book has just been updated as of 8/1/11 so this edition will now be obsolete.
