These salts and herbs make a great soak for those flu-ish, post nasally days. The herbs make a mess if you don't put them in the muslim bag (provided). The aroma is nice and the salts are very soothing.

This product works well and relaxes the body and opens seems to open sinuses and makes a cold feel better. I believe that this is an important part of a healthy winter.

Sent this glass bottle as a gift for some flu-afflicted family and they loved it.

Ordered the Masada Mineral Herb Spa 100% Natural Dead Sea Mineral Salts with Herbs & Aromas, Cold & Flu, 2 lbs (907 g) (Pack of 2) for ourselves and, although it's not cheap, I'd say it's much better than regular epsom and worth the purchase for occasional use.

I bought a jar of this once and thought it was great, but never saw it on the store shelves again. It's sort of a cross between bath salts and bath tea; the salts are mixed with generous amounts of dried herbs, and the mixture is scooped into the included cloth bag and "brewed" in hot bath water. It was very relaxing and smelled wonderful, and I believe they did help open the sinuses.
