I live with pretty severe chronic pain, so I've tried a lot of things to make me feel better. These bath salts are just about the top of my list for pain relief. I take an hour long bath every night, and have a bunch of different salts, bubbles, and other potions. Even with my large selection, I pretty much always reach for the Masada Stress Relief. These salts are my absolute favorite. I realized how often I was ordering them, so I now have a monthly subscription. It's great when that package shows up on my doorstep!

These salts smell wonderful. The citrus and lavender are balanced in perfect harmony. The aroma and the minerals relax away all of the tension I've built up over the day. I love the little bag that comes with the salts to keep the herbs from clogging the drain. Even with all of my time in the bath, these don't dry out my skin like some other brands do. When I get out of the bath I do a quick rinse, but don't put any lotion on. My skin is left with a light scent that helps me fall asleep.

I use about half a cup in each bath. Sometimes if I end up adding a lot more hot water as the bath cools I'll toss in a bit more (around 1/8 cup). The scent doesn't fade away in the bathwater, so as long as the water is hot, I'm good. I also generally put in 1.5 cups of unscented bath salts also to get more of the salt effect without wasting the more expensive scented salts.

I've put one of the unused bags in my car so I can get a hit of the scent before I head in to work. It's not messy, and it's soaked up enough of the scent to last for a while. It's great for a little last-minute relaxation before hitting the grindstone.

This is a really great product and helps me feel better at the end of my days.

Who doesn't love a relaxing Dead Sea Salt Soak?

Its a wonderful product, when I use it, I feel like my body is floating to the top of the water, its like being in the Dead Sea! (well, I assume I've only heard stories I've not been there myself)

It really is a great mix, my skin feels soft and wonderful after, and it is great for sore muscles or cramps. The aroma therapy is wonderful, it smells amazing! The herbs steep in the bath and add to the beautiful scents of the soak. It even comes with a reusable bag to keep the salt and herbs in so that the herbs do not clog your drain.

I love the Masada products, and this is one of my favorites :) its very relaxing. :)
