Directions
Dissolve 1-2 cups bath salts into warm bath.Soak for 20 to 30 minutes. Rinse with warm water.For conditions of arthritis or rheumatism a higher concentration may be desired.

As a psoriasis sufferer I was desperate to find anything that could help me that did not cost $400 bucks from a doctor. I had come across these bath salts so decided to try them out. After only a week of soaking it has nearly cleared up my skin condition. Use a little more than they say, stay in the bath a little longer than they say and you will see results quickly. I have told several other friends with my same condition and they all now use this as well. As an athletic person these are great for relaxing muscles after a tough day as well.
