Olgo, the elderly mage-king of Umbra, in hopes of preserving his dynasty, fashions a magical golden mask for his beloved son Ollock. However, Olgo's fatherly eyes are blind to the arrogance and ambition that festers in his son's heart. Such overwhelming pride wedded to the awesome power of the Mask dooms Umbra to a nightmarish reign of terror and an unwanted war of conquest.
The Mask of Ollock is a dramatic fantasy epic written in a highly poetic and evocative style. It is the debut offering from New Jersey artist Robert F. Kauffmann, and features 15 illustrations done by the author.
