I love these mixes! I don't actually give them as gifts, I use them myself. To save space, I actually put them in plastic bags & seal them with my Foodsaver; they keep fresh for a long time. Quite handy to have in the pantry.

Perfect! No recipes with weird ingredients what I wouldn't be likely to have on hand or that other people wouldn't be likely to eat. Complete instructions for packing the jar and cute little tags with baking instructions to copy and slide on the finished gift. I can see this being equally great for teaching kids to cook (limited mess, only wet ingredients needing measuring) and for holiday gifts (especially the kind that have to survive travel or mailing). Highly recommended!
