Cinnamon Capsules
I am diabetic, and have been taking these capsules for many years to help keep blood sugars down. I love them.

be careful with size
Be careful in ording this. I though it was 1000mg per capsule and 100 capsule's. It's 1000mg per serving and each serving is 500mg so this will last me half as long as I though they were. Because of this, this brand isnt as cost effective as some of the others available.

I take these capsules because they actually do seem to help your blood sugar. I use them to supplement my regular diabetes meds (non-insulin). I see no reason to change my routine.
