Outstanding Textbook and Operational Reference,

Great book that takes an often confusing subject and makes it easy to understand. With greater emphasis on using IMS at EMS incidents the authors have taken a critical and important subject and presented it in a manner that all will appreciate and be able to employ at a disaster.I am very satisfied with this book. |
