This book gives a good introduction of drug metabolism, pharmacokinetics and bioanalytical in pharmaceutical R&D. It also provides information of fundamental LC/MS technologies and typical application examples, such as LC/MS/MS, LC/Q-TOF/MS, LC/ARC/MS, MALD-IMS, in identification of drug metabolites and quantitative analysis. However, this book does not provide detailed information of systematic bioanalytical methods development and validation.
