So easy to use you actually will,

Unlike massage books, these cards are easy to digest - and apply - in bite-sized pieces. My partner and I use them as a kind of game. He or I pick 3 at random and we take turns doing just 3 massages a night. It's a good way to slowly perfect massage technique by only practicing a few at a time.

I found the deck very easy to understand and use. If you have a limited massage repertoire like me, (a good shoulder squeeze and that's about it!) you'll really like having this deck. It's extensive and the diagrams are clear.
