As are most of the Living Arts Massage series... (I've got them all.) It isn't a replacement for a class so please don't assume this; I'm tending towards saying that this particular area of massage, Acupressure, can really only be taught in-person...so you can *feel* what is going on. OK, this is really true of all massage...but especially so here.

That being said, it is great after you've already had classes as a refresher.
