This is the first time I was so inspired to take the time to write a review of any kind.
Please do not take my brevity as insincerity.
I recommend you NOT waste you money on this video. Besides the poor production quality, the information it presents is very much lacking and in some cases illustrates technique that is not indicated for good health.
There are other fine massge videos that Amazon offers. If you are looking for tips for massage techniques that promote relaxation. I suggest the Esalen video.

If you are looking for a slick, formulaic production, this is not it. If you want to learn how to give a Swedish oil massage to your friends and family, and discover some self-massage techniques to relax and heal yourself, check out this classic, which was the first-ever massage video ever produced. It's an award-winning classic made with love by Cleo. It was shot in studio with three cameras and contains a special vibe you won't find in any other tape that's followed in its footsteps.

this is not the greatest video ever made but I enjoyed it, although Cleo is a little "red light district" in her manner...buy it used, probably not worth full price but I enjoyed it.
