Massage for Relaxation
This is the first time I was so inspired to take the time to write a review of any kind. Please do not take my brevity as insincerity. I recommend you NOT waste you money on this video. Besides the poor production quality, the information it presents is very much lacking and in some cases illustrates technique that is not indicated for good health...

This is the first time I was so inspired to take the time to write a review of any kind. Please do not take my brevity as insincerity. I recommend you NOT waste you money on this video. Besides the poor production quality, the information it presents is very much lacking and in some cases illustrates technique that is not indicated for good health. There are other fine massge videos that Amazon offers. If you are looking for tips for massage techniques that promote relaxation. I suggest the Esalen video.

this is not the greatest video ever made but I enjoyed it, although Cleo is a little "red light district" in her manner...buy it used, probably not worth full price but I enjoyed it.
