I have been performing (and continually learning) massage for a couple of years now and thoroughly recommend this book. Not only does it discuss anatomy and a wide variety of massage techniques but it also goes into passive stretching and provides numerous excellent photos and diagrams.Importantly this book shows right vs wrong when it comes to many stretches or techniques and this is a book that you can constantly dip into again and again to gain new insights. |
