It's a good book, but needs clearer instruction,

This book has detailed pictures, which show an idea on which area is to be massaged. It explains the proper way to stand so that you are not putting to much stress on what particular set of muscles. When transfering what I read on to a person, I found it hard to tell if I were doing the massages correctly.
