The only thing in Doom Metal I like, July 26, 2004
This review is from: Master of Brutality (Audio CD)
I dislike Doom Metal. I don't enjoy it's depressive sonority.
But I love Church of Misery, especialy this album. Maybe because it sounds sometimes like a slow Death Metal or a very heavy Hard Rock.
My friends who don't like Doom Metal, enjoyed it too.
I am saying all this to explain that this album isn't only for Doom Metal fans, but for all Metalheads.
If you like Ozzy's Black Sabbath, probably you'll enjoy the songs: Killfornia, Ripping into Pieces, Megalomania and Masters of Brutality.
Green River is the worst track. You probably will jump to the next.
Cities on Flame with Rock & Roll (Blue Oyster Cult cover) is one of the best covers I had ever heard.

Not for TREND. Not for CORPORATE ATTITUDE. Not for "STONER". Only true DOOM-MURDER HEADS.
