It would be extremely convenient to get this set for your first master cleanse. The items are all correct to maximize your results, and it takes much of the guesswork out of the equation for beginners. My only issue is that similar items can be purchased somewhere like Whole Foods for far less, around $40 individually. Still, beginners who are unfamiliar with what to buy could do far worse than this set.

I did the Master Cleanse for 20 days and this kit had everything I needed for a great price and at Amazon's very low shipping cost it was a great deal. These are the highest quality products recommended and while you may certainly deviate, I chose to follow the advice of thousands of others (catalogued in Peter Glickman's book, Lose Weight, Have More Energy & Be Happier in 10 Days) who had already done the Master Cleanse. You may find these products in high quality health food stores in big cities (though probably not at this package deal!). I live in a rural area and so obtaining these items online was more convenient for me.

I did The Master Cleanse for 10 days about 6 months ago and I can tell you it really works. I felt great! I am now living in an extremely remote place and tried to do this again but failed after the first couple of days, but I think it was because I wasn't using the prescribed ingredients. I couldn't find Senna tea, so I used laxative pills. I had sea salt, but not the right kind, and I also didn't have Grade B organic maple syrup, just regular Grade A. I am wanting to try this again, so this time I'm ordering this kit, which seems like a fair price since it includes everything you need. Only thing I have to say about this kit is that you could probably use more like 80 oz. of syrup, not 64.

Overall, give this cleanse a fair shot and I promise you will not be disappointed!

First time I ever tried this way of eliminating harmful toxins. I will say I usually do not believe half the stuff being said today. Through media, and all the informercials, I'm hard to convince, I'd say I'm a bit of a skeptic. However, on my fifth day I had already lost 5 lbs. It takes courage to maintain your will to continue the program but well worth the benifits and it's purpose. I felt better, my insomnia just at 5 days was no more now imagine benifits of all kinds at your 10th day. I'm happy I tried this

Fast shipping with all the necessary organic ingredients for the ten day cleanse. If you're looking to buy this kit you probably found the easiest way of collecting all the items that you have to have for the MC. Being in a comprehensive package which is sent to your doorstep takes all the burden of stress out of looking for individual items that are somewhat difficult to find on their own. At least in my neck of the woods. Good luck to all!

This is not such a bad price for 64 oz. of organic maple syrup, organic cayenne, organic teas, and real sea salt.
If you're buying the right items to properly do the cleanse, you should be paying $20 for the cayenne, teas, and sea salt alone.
The price of 100% maple syrup, especially organic, tends to fluctuate. I can only find the 32 oz bottles where I live and they are around $20 each.
Do not attempt to do this cleanse with just any old store bought brands of these products. It is not the same!
Whenever I'm feeling sluggish, having headaches, or feeling ill, I begin the cleanse! Sometimes only for a few days until I feel better.
It's my new chicken noodle soup! I also try to do two 10 day cleanses/year.

I can't believe that anyone would pay $70 for some tea and maple syrup that you could purchase at Whole Foods or any organic coop for no more than $20???

I did the Master Cleanse for 10 days in February '10 after reading about it on Peter Glickman's site. I haven't had any IBS symptoms since. I'm about ready to embark on it for a second time. Can't recommend the cleanse or this kit more highly.

I did the Master Cleanse a few years back. I had to get the ingredients from several sources which increased my shipping fees significantly.
Great idea to have all the ingredients for the Master Cleanse in one place. Great for beginners! You won't make mistakes by having the wrong
items for your cleanse.

I was so happy to receive this kit in the mail. I didn't know much about cleansing until I purchased this product. Now I am planning more cleanses in the future.
