I was a great book for what it offered. Just don't get it if you are looking for how to really do the cleanse. Get his other book. I think its called the complete master cleanse.

If you are contemplating going through the Master Cleanse, don't do it until you have read this book.
It is a must-read that answered every question I had. It will help you decide if the Master Cleanse is for you. Well worth the money and the time it takes to read it! Awesome book! |
