I'm currently on my second Master Cleanser and I am loving It. I can't explain what it does, but after my first cleanse I felt more vital and more active than I had felt for a while. I also lost some weight and build a lot of confidence from achieving such a goal. I recommend it for anybody who is battling depressions, recurring sicknesses, or just wants to do its body a big favor. I Don't recommend it for people with heart problems, because of the huge weight reduction which might cause problems.

I feel like these books were a waste of paper and a gimmick to solicit money from consumers, not because of the information enclosed, but because information mentioned in these books are in the book entitled Lose Weight, Have More Energy & Be Happier in 10 Days, Second Edition as well. I could have saved my money by just purchasing the Lose Weight, Have More Energy & Be Happier in 10 Days, Second Edition Lose Weight. Shame, shame, shame....
