My husband recently had to obtain his GED after being out of school for 17 years. I purchased this book and CD set to help him prep. He only had 7 days to study and was able to pass on the very first try with no problems. The CD has lots of drill and practice. He was scoring in the 80%'s on all the practice tests and was well prepared for the actual test. Would definitely recommend this product.

I would have to say this is one of the best study guides out there for preparing for the G.E.D., I bought this a couple months before the actual test. I studied every day and passed the test the first time taking it!!The format of the questions are almost identical which really helps alot. This is the book to buy if your serious about passing the G.E.D. .

This is a very good book for preparing for the GED test. There are pretests to evaluate your strengths and weaknesses. There are great sections to address each section of the test. There are plenty of practice exercises with evaluations and explainations. There are practice tests. A great overall review.

This program is a great confidence builder. I haven't been to school in eleven years. This book has made me realize that I still retain a lot of what I had learned over a decade ago. I strongly suggest it.

I read reviews about the book and how there were tests on the cd. It thought that would be great for my daughter-in-law. What I didn't realize was that you had to have internet access for the tests!! My kids are struggling and right now the internet is one thing they are doing without. I know the whole world has internet, but companies need to realize that there may be a few folks out there who do not have connectivity!! I was disappointed in that, but she seems to think the book is helpful.

This book is an excellent resource for the material on a GED exam. Everything you need to know is inside. I found it to be well put together as far as organization of the information goes and the CD practice tests were comprehensive.

The book is fine, but there was no CD. That was the main reason that I wanted to purchase it. It was disappointing that the CD had been ripped out.

I bought this book for my nephew and it helped he realize he knows more than he thought. it has given him confidence to take the exam.

If you want to get your GED and want to know your strengths and weaknesses then this is the book to get. The test and the material make getting ready for and passing the GED exam easy.

the tests in the book were okay. i even like that it has a cd in it too.
