This is a 2 DVD set. The first DVD shows highlights of Jean Jacques Machado's career as well as interview. The second dvd is full of BJJ techniques. It includes techniques for Passing the Guard (10 moves), Sweeps (8 moves), Half Guard (8 moves) and also Jean Jaques's TOP 5 finishes (submissions). If you are looking for a DVD full of submissions, this is not it. However, Jean Jacques states that 80% of your time is spent with someone in the guard or trying to pass it- so his emphasis here is to teach how to get through it. I have been studying BJJ for several years and have several of the Gracie books. Much of the information on the DVD's was new and I was REALLY impressed with Mr. Machado's skill level, the guy is flat out great. This dvd series is a very good value with the low price tag. I also have the dvd series of Cesar Gracie (very good too, but much more expensive) and Gene Simco and this is far better.
