the information is very superficial and images looks a little old, like 80's.

An excellent reference book packed with lots of good information. The section on understanding your clients was very helpful as it sets the tone for a successful session. Having a confident and reassuring attitude that will develop a relaxed client is another great topic covered. Techniques for lighting and posing to optimize your client's assets include in studio and on location. Finally, anyone can benefit from the marketing plans outlined that will help stimulate income and growth from glamour photography. A worth while investment for those involved in this field.

I enjoyed reading this book and enjoyed the photography, but with the titel I expected much more detail. For example in the last chapters the author discusses marketing ideas. He gives you some great nuggets for marketing, but doesn't give you the information you need to take it through to completion. Like the calendar. The author recomends you do a cross promotion with another company and produce a calendar, but leaves you in the dark on how or where you could get the calendar printed, who would pay for what in its production and what kind of cost you could expect. Even doing a web search has yielded little to no useful information to carry this idea further.
