When I saw the press release on this book I ordered it right away -- the reason -- three years ago I paid an agent (who had read the earlier version) $80,000 to sell an office building I owned in Denver. This edition is an easy read and, had I read it, I could have saved the $80,000 because the systems are so easy to follow. I think that this book will give a big leg up to any investor, commercial agent or especially any house agent. It should open up a whole new way of doing business for any of them. Chapter 14 is a real eye opener. It looks like anyone can easily learn to sell any sized property with these easy tools!

It's always nice when you learn from someone who has gone through the steps to reach success and isn't reluctant to share them with you and can do so in a mentoring kind of way.

I am very familar with the first addition of this book, which gave me the most precise and clear cut format for developing my commercial business, including the most vital sales aids to close a $10,000,000 office park sale, I couldn't wait for the revised addition. The chapters outlining the types of income property, tax advantages, and advertising plans are a must read. The "Action Price Level" is worth the purchase of the book alone. Chapter 14 gives ther latest in internet marketing, prospecting and sales techniques that I have seen outlined in one book.

I had the opportunity to preview this book just before its publication. If you are either running or starting a commercial real estate brokerage, this book is a must-have! I personally am using much of this book to take my relatively small real estate brokerage to a new level. Great ideas go along with many pragmatic and practical tips. I refer to this book often in my staff meetings.

Jack Peckham shares so much valuable knowledge in this book you are crazy if you don't buy it. Jack is one of the special people in the commercial real estate industry. He is always trying to share his vast knowledge and skills to make people better. Thank you Jack.

There is no doubt that Jack knows commercial real estate and Jack knows the Internet. So if you want to improve your knowledge about Income Property Brokerage and Online Marketing, do not hesitate to buy this resource. When you can learn from someone who has walked the path before, you know you are getting valuable information directly from the horse's mouth. This is one of those rare events. Jack's steps and tips worked for him and they can work for you.

I've read this book and it's THE source brokers and agents who want to increase their commisions! It is a must-read for anyone interested in selling an income porperty and making bigger commissions.

This is a must read for any residential agent looking to add this lucrative specialty (and I'm sure this book has many new ideas for commercial agents too). The ideas I got from the internet marketing chapter are worth the price of the whole book -- and then some.

Do not hesitate to buy this book if you are serious about taking your business to the next level. I have not been able to put the book down, plus you will continually be able to refer back to the information. Thanks Jack
