4.0 out of 5 stars Wish it came with extra keys
I got a two pack for the gym (his 'n hers, awww) and they're perfectly adequate for keeping my stuff secure. I once lost a key and had to cut the lock off the locker, and it was pretty hard to do, which makes me think that these were pretty secure. (It took like 5 minutes because the shackle is so small, so it's hard to get the tip of the lock cutter in there.) Of...

3.0 out of 5 stars Good for around the house low security needs
There are not a lot of pins on the pin tumbler so don't use this for securing expensive items. Also the shank isn't very deep making it somewhat hard to use on some gym lockers.

This review is from: Master Lock 3T 1-9/16-Inch Wide Keyed-Alike Padlock, 9/32-Inch Shackle, 2-Pack (Tools & Home Improvement)
I got a two pack for the gym (his 'n hers, awww) and they're perfectly adequate for keeping my stuff secure. I once lost a key and had to cut the lock off the locker, and it was pretty hard to do, which makes me think that these were pretty secure. (It took like 5 minutes because the shackle is so small, so it's hard to get the tip of the lock cutter in there.) Of course, if you're an expert lock picker like the other reviewer, this might not be so useful, but for security in a public space (where picking would be observed by others), they're a good deal.

My only gripe is that the set only comes with 2 keys and I really wish it came with at least 3 keys. Even the single locks come with 2 keys, so I feel like at least one spare is in order.

What you see is not what you get (false advertising!) only two keys are included instead of the four shown in the picture. When are manufacturers going to catch on that cheaping out saves pennies now and costs sales later when disgruntled (formerly loyal) customers find another brand? As far as security goes I have had good luck with this type of master lock over the years.

Picture shows 4 keys, only 2 keys included in package. How could Master Lock provide such a misleading picture. Amazon should change this image.
