Nice fit and finish with easy adjustments for the price,BUT. It is OK for me at 6'1" feet but my wife at 5'4" had trouble getting comfortable. The head ring did not go low enough or the seat did not go high enough. She found herself stretching to much to plant her face in comfortable position. If your six foot plus I'm sure you will give this a five star but and 5'4" you will give it a 1, unless you want to over stretch your body when getting a massage.

As a massage therapist of 7 years, I've used many different chairs.
This is the first I've encountered that has a bar running between the clients' knees. There are not enough variables in positions for the chair, in my opinion. It does not accommodate large and/or tall people.
I'm not keeping this one~

I purchased this chair to help my husband with chronic back and neck pain. I had previously purchased a massage table, but it was too much of a hassle to drag it out so we did not use it very often. This chair arrived fully assembled. It is lightweight and well made. It is small enough that I intend to leave it set up in the corner of our family room so I can use it in the evenings while we are watching tv. I am a fairly short person and find that this chair makes it more possible for me to position myself to use my body weight to give a good, solid rubdown. Unlike the massage table where I really had to use primarily the strength of my arms and hands. The only reason I did not give a perfect score is because I would like the headrest to allow for more adjustments to the position. Otherwise, I am thrilled and I would definitely purchase again and recommend.

I received this chair with in a very reasonable amount of time. When i opened the box, i found the massage chair in its case already assembled. When trying the chair out, it was EXTREMELY comfortable and very easy to manage. The product information said it was 20 lbs but it seemed to be much lighter. The carrying case was a little hard to manage when putting back on the chair and the strap didnt seem to be in a good place in order to carry it. But overall, this is a GREAT chair for the price range.

Could be easier to adjust, but for a reasonable price, this chair does the trick.

First of all - the shipping was FAST. I purchased the massage chair for my wife for anniversary. Well, to be honest not only for my wife but for me too. The chair is really a lightweight, what is great, as it does not break your back when you move it. The massage chair folds away easily (what we only did 2 since we purchased it). The "leather" is very smooth to the skin, feels comfy and is easy to clean. You can adjust the chair to several comfortable positions. If I would buy the massage chair again? DEFINITELY YES.
X-mas is just around the corner. And as my parents love massages I am going to order a second one. This is a great gift for everyone you love.

The chair arrived quickly and in excellent condition. The padding is so comfortable, the chair sets up and takes down easily and is so portable. It easily adjusts to fit clients of all shapes and sizes, I have been thrilled with my purchase!

We love this chair. Light weight and sturdy. We are 5-10 and 5-3 and we are comfortable on it.

the massage chair I ordered came in a very timely manner. The product was exactly what they advertised.

Nothing wrong with the product, but I am unhappy about the delivery. We paid extra to expedite delivery so that we would get the item by Christmas. We ordered the item on 20 December and were told that delivery would be on 23 December. Unfortunately, we did not receive the item until 28 December. It was to have been a Christmas gift. The transaction was therefore frustrating.
