5.0 out of 5 stars Great table warmer and a GREAT price!
I have researched the internet and all over Ebay for table warmers and this one, by far, was the least expensive. The free shipping that Amazon offers makes a big difference in me ordering my items from here, also. For the money, ($28.99)I think this table warmer is GREAT. It covers the entire length of my massage table and stays on the table nicely with elastic straps...

1.0 out of 5 stars Babysit an inadequate heating pad???
This particular table warmer has a too short of an electrical cord, so unless you have an outlet in the floor, directly beneath the massage table, it's really not practical (because you must constantly step OVER the cord that stretches to a nearby wall outlet to move around the patient).

What's more, even when you set the digital controls to "high" it does...

This particular table warmer has a too short of an electrical cord, so unless you have an outlet in the floor, directly beneath the massage table, it's really not practical (because you must constantly step OVER the cord that stretches to a nearby wall outlet to move around the patient).

What's more, even when you set the digital controls to "high" it does NOT get very warm -- and if you set it to "low" you won't notice a temperature increase much at all.

With the pad constantly shutting itself off every hour or so (on its own) the pad gets cold unexpectedly and to keep it working on a continuous basis you must repeatedly turn it back on.

Basically, it's a huge pain in the Rumplestiltskin. I quit using mine due to the fact it's unsanitary (cannot wash it or wipe it down with a disinfectant due to the loosely woven fabric).

It covers the entire length of my massage table and stays on the table nicely with elastic straps. It has different temp settings. It heats up well and it heats up fast. I will always have sheets, etc over my table warmer and the client's skin never touches the actual warmer so there isn't a real need to wash them. This table warmer is definitely highly recommended.

5.0 out of 5 stars Works great for me., December 7, 2005

I am a massage therapist. I bought a twin mattress pad unit, it worked so/so, but I wasn't impressed by it. I found this one on the website. Thought it was too good to be true but it is truely wonderful! The only set back it has, is that the cord is shorter than other heating pads. Most cords are 9 feet long, this one is 5 1/2 feet long. The heat settings are great they kick down after they warm up, making it nice it for my clients. I bought a second one for back up since the price is so good. Do read the direction booklet, it has a few good points. I cover my pad with a percale fitted sheet, then dress my table for massage. I have had no problem keeping them clean.

4.0 out of 5 stars I I give this item 4 stars, March 15, 2006
This review is from: Master Massage Massage Table Warmer (Health and Beauty)
Since I have purchased this table warmer my clients have been very satisfied. The only difference between this table warmer and my last is the safety feature. If you have the table warmer on the highest setting for a hour it goes back down the the lowest setting. This could be a good thing or a bad thing, to me it can get aggravating while you are trying to give a 90 min massage.

1.0 out of 5 stars Use a twin pad instead!, March 8, 2005

The thing about this table warmer is that there is no way to wash it! The cord is permanently attached and, unlike bedding electricial mattress pad, it cannot be detached and thrown into the washing maching.

5.0 out of 5 stars massage table warmer, February 27, 2006
This review is from: Master Massage Massage Table Warmer (Health and Beauty)
This is the second warmer that I have purchased. The first was from another source and lasted about 2 years with almost daily use.
I love the digital features of this warmer; the fact that it can be programed for each client and for a length of time I am sure will prolong the life of the warmer.

As a massage therapist I am always looking for products that will enhance the safe, comfortable area that my clients have come to love and expect.

5.0 out of 5 stars Massage Therapist Highly Reccomends This Product, March 17, 2006
This review is from: Master Massage Massage Table Warmer (Health and Beauty)
We ordered several different types of table warmers and one from the leader in massage supplies. This warmer far exceeded our expectations and was by far of higher quality than the other brands we purchased. You can set the timer for all day, a couple of hours and if you need a quick warm-up on the table, place the warmer on "HIGH" and after one hour it will automatically reduce the temperature. It is a great product and I reccomend it over the "warehouse". You'll love it and your clients will love you for it!!!!

1.0 out of 5 stars not so great, January 5, 2007

I have had nothing but problems with this warmer. It worked great for the first week or so. Since then it turns it self off after only 20-30 minutes. Of course I was stupid enough to throw away all the papers that came with it. I would not recomend this product to another massage therapist.

4.0 out of 5 stars makes for a comfy cozy massage, December 30, 2005

This review is from: Master Massage Massage Table Warmer (Health and Beauty)
This table warmer is great. There are a few different options on the temp. setting that are nice for timing and temp. I make sure the table isn't too warm for my clients and so far everyone has really enjoyed the warmth especially in these winter months. It warms up usually in at least 15 minutes and I really feel that it is a great addition to a relaxing massage. It would be nice if the cord was longer but my outlet is along the same wall as my table and that makes it convenient. I suppose you could use an extension cord. Can't beat this price!!

4.0 out of 5 stars massage table warming pad, March 9, 2007
This review is from: Master Massage Massage Table Warmer (Health and Beauty)
At first, I didn't think the pad got hot enough.

Now I really like it. I use for massages as well as body wraps.

It has a timer that automatically goes off if you leave the room and forget about it, which is nice not only for safety reasons, but for your electric bill as well.
