Do not waste your money on this book! I ordered this piece of junk hoping that it can help me on the probation officer exam. However, instead of helping me, this book actually hurt me. The book had nothing to do with the probation officer exam. In fact, the exam was no where near the topics discussed and "emphasized" in the book. It consisted the history and overview of probation/parole. Honestly, if i wanted an overview, i would have just turned to my Criminal Justice 101 textbook (i actually don't have one, but you get the point.) This book offers no aid to real-world exams, which is what probation officer exams are based on. So save your money and time on something that's actually useful. Hope this helps.
