About the Author

Robert Donald Hannon was born in St. Louis Missouri on the 27 October, l930. He lived in the city and on a farm until he was sixteen years old and then he went into the Army and retired from the service in l968. He was always getting in trouble for daydreaming, in school and on the job, and doing so resulted in many of his stories being born.He wrote stories of love, suspense, and adventure that stirred the emotions and memories of his readers. He found that people were hungry for stories that filled their fantasies. He started writing the stories down. This is one of his stories. He has two short novels that are presently being published, The Last War of Clent Evans and Cowboy Ben O' Shannon. He is divorced and has three children, two girls and a boy.He lives in Petersburg, Virginia now and is retired.
