About the Author

Ken Blanchard is the Chief Spiritual Officer of The Ken Blanchard Companies, a full-service management consulting and training company that he and his wife, Margie, founded in 1979. Ken co-authored The One Minute Manager with Spencer Johnson, that has sold more than ten million copies and been translated into more than twenty-five languages. Some of his recent books are: Raving Fans and Gung Ho (both written with Sheldon Bowles). Author and entrepreneur, Bob Buford, makes a difference through the application of his faith and resources to transform the latent energy of the American church into active energy. He launched Leadership Network, in 1984, for the original purpose of identifying, networking and resourcing senior ministers and staff of large congregations. He is also the Founding Chairman of the Board of Governors of The Peter F. Drucker Foundation for Nonprofit Management. Henry Blackaby, president of Blackaby Ministries International, has provided leadership to thousands.
