I must admit I was a little disappointed when I got this book, it does not seem like a book for professionals(adults), more like for a children, it reminds me of a child's picture book and I never read those when I was a child, I started reading more advanced books right away, which is probably why I really don't care much for it, will use the information inside and make it work for me.

This book did help me become a better substitute teacher. It has ideas that will help the novice.
