I used AtoCAd every day as a civil engineering technician for a small city. I find this book is very helpful.

Good introductory book
The book is good for someone just starting out, but it would be so much more helpful if it included more ways of solving problems you run into in real world and also identifying some of the software glitches that seem to be inherent with new software that hasn't been proven.
