Review

Guy Kawasaki, author of Reality Check and co-founder of Alltop.com, Larry s plain talk approach for managing teams is refreshing and practical. His advice will help teams deal with change challenges in unknown economic times because it s not filled with hype and jargon. Mastering Change is a great resource for entrepreneurs and managers. --Guy Kawasaki

Curt W. Coffman, Founder, Curt Coffman Consulting Co-Author, First Break all the Rules, What the World s Greatest Managers do Differently (Simon and Schuster), Growth is impossible without change. As Larry points out, the most effective way to manage change is to create it. Visionary leaders dream about and anticipate the future, but they do not try and predict it! Trying to forecast change only interrupts and confuses. Mastering change allows for new natural alignment and unprecedented growth and success. --Curt W. Coffman

Lucinda Sanders, CEO and Founder of the National Center for Women & Information Technology (NCWIT) Larry has such broad business experience - he's seen everything and been almost everywhere. 5.0 out of 5 stars Shift your perspective, November 6, 2009

This review is from: Mastering Change in the Midst of Chaos (Paperback)
The definitive handbook on dealing with change! Lord Nelson has created an essential handbook to coping with one thing in life that can not be managed no matter how hard we might try, and that's change. The rate at which change occurs is accelerating day by day and adopting Larry's philosophy will no doubt serve the many who are fortunate to learn it. In it, he describes a highly effective methodology he refers to as the '3-Filters'; a system that I've found to be an extremely powerful way to shift your perspective. I highly recommend ' Mastering Change in the Midst of Chaos ', and after reading it, I'm sure you will to. I also suggest you check out Larry's award winning website at [...] - he keeps a pulse on the fast moving Colorado business scene better than anyone else.
