So I sold my first copy of this back to Amazon after I was done with Prof. Brashier's class. And then eighteen months and a law license later, I ended up buying it again because I needed the answer to a question that I *knew* was in this book. And it was.

I wholeheartedly recommend this blockbuster hit. It exceeded my expectations and sets forth the applicable law while raising poignant questions about the future of elder law.
