Excellent reiterative learning text that cuts through jargon,
By A Customer
This review is from: Mastering Real Estate Principles (Paperback)
Most real estate texts read like the congressional record...wordy, cryptic, and self-servingly complex as if to find high virtue in legal bantor. This book is an excellent study tool for learning the jargon (terms are repeatedly covered from several directions)and central concepts necessary to pass the national exam on the first try.

a poor book,

This review is from: Mastering Real Estate Principles (Paperback)
book is addressed to the "synaptically challenged" real estate agent. It is a pathetic attempt at a book which would compete with Modern Real Estate Practice or Prentice Hall's Real Estate Principles text by Charles Jacobus
