I can't really see why a Notes ADMINISTRATOR would want this book. It has NOTHING about Domino Server, mergers, large R5 installations, TCI/IP, etc....It's nice for end users and developers, but NOT admins. Not even new admins in small installations. The first review here is very misleading. I'm returning the book. I think the reviewer above may have confused this book with another.

I bought this book mainly for its review of Domino Designer but was presently surprised to find so much more. For a Notes newbie like me ... this book appears to be a solid find!

Thorough book, but not enough practice on it,

Although this book was very complete in its coverage of the program's features, it SERIOUSLY lacked many practical examples, tutorials, etc. It's one thing to read about the various features of Lotus Notes in this book, but it's much better in my opinion to actually practice them.
