Even though there are lot of documentation for sap HR.
This book will help you to understand why you are using a certain feature. I will say its a must have book for HR consultants.

I recently bought this book. WOW! it is a very good book with detailed explanation of both theory and real life situation. I will suggest this book to any one who wants expand their knowledge or even beginners in SAP HR. The contents are put together really good.

The book is not intended for beginners , the authors assume at least intermediate knowledge in SAP , though not in core domain knowledge. The presentation of the material is impressive ( screen shots are better organized).
