The authors draw from different concepts, approaches, and techniques, as well as their own, which gives a wider view, and wider choices for a mentor or coach. What distinguishes this book, from others on the subject, is that you can apply it right away, knowing exactly what you are doing and why, and knowing that it works.This is the most balanced and practical book I have read on the subject. I've been an international coach and mentor since 1983. If you are a mentor or a coach, get this book - you will learn something. If you want to get into the mentoring or coaching profession, this will be your shortcut to excellence. If you are simply curious about the subject with no special career plan, this will tell you all you need to know about mentoring and coaching.
